Returns & Refunds

1. 14-day return window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return on unworn, unwashed stock items with tags attached and original packaging.

2. Customised items

Personalised jerseys and tracksuits (custom name, number, patches such as Champions League or Europa League) are made to order and cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or with a printing error on our side.

3. How to return

1. Email hello@fitsyra.com with your order number and reason.
2. We'll send you a return authorisation and shipping address.
3. Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving the authorisation.

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

5. Faulty or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund.

6. Return shipping

Customers cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or shipped in error. We recommend using a tracked service.
