By accessing fitsyra.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.
2. Products & Pricing
All jerseys, tracksuits and accessories are sold subject to availability. Prices are displayed in EUR (€) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
3. Orders
An order is accepted only once we confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion (e.g. suspected fraud, stock errors, or shipping restrictions).
4. Customisation
Personalised items (custom name, number, patches) are made to order and cannot be returned unless faulty. Please double-check spelling and selections at checkout.
5. Shipping
We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content (logos, images, copy) is owned by Fitsyra or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fitsyra is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.
